DELIVERIES, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Deliveries
Namesake Collection offer two delivery methods to our Australian customers:

○   Australia Post Standard Delivery (received 5 - 6 business days)
○   
Australia Post Express Delivery (received 1 - 2 business days)*
We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all Australian orders over $50 and FREE Express Delivery for all Australian orders over $115.

These delivery methods and timeframes may slightly vary if you are based in metro or rural areas. 
All Namesake Collection orders will receive an Australian Post tracking identification number. Using that tracking number, you can monitor and track your order here. If you have any complications with your tracking number, please contact customercare@namesakecollection.com for further assistance.  

Please note if for any reason, your package is returned to Namesake Collection as the sender, you will be responsible for paying for the order to be re-sent to you. The delivery method (either standard or express) that you originally chose will be applied in this situation. The usual delivery costs and delivery times will also apply.

Once an order is sent out to be delivered, the responsibility lies with Australia Post. We are not responsible if your order is lost, stolen or damaged during the delivery process. We recommend that you contact our postal service, Australia Post, for further assistance.

Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. All sales are final, please be mindful of this and shop carefully.
Please note that orders for custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled after your order has been placed.

In the extremely unlikely case of there being a major problem with your product, please contact customercare@namesakecollection.com for further support. Please remember to keep your proof of purchase receipt. In the case of a refund, please note that you are liable for any postage costs.
