DELIVERIES, REFUNDS + EXCHANGE
Namesake Collection offer two delivery methods to our Australian customers; note, these delivery methods and timeframes may slightly vary if you are based in rural areas:
- Australia Post Standard Delivery (estimated to be delivered in 5 - 6 business days, 24 hours after placing your order)
- Australia Post Express Delivery (estimated to be delivered in 1 - 2 business days, 24 hours after placing your order)
For all international orders the delivery method will be:
- Australia Post International Standard Delivery (estimated to be delivered in 1 - 2 weeks, 24 hours after placing your order)
We offer FREE standard delivery for all Australian orders over $70 and FREE express delivery for all Australian orders over $115 and all orders are packed and posted within 24 hours of placing your order. All orders will receive an Australian Post tracking number.
If for any reason, your package is returned to Namesake Collection as the sender, you will be responsible for payment for the order to be re-sent to you. The delivery method (either standard or express) that you originally chose will be applied in this situation. The usual delivery costs and delivery times will apply. Once an order is sent out to be delivered, the responsibility lies with Australia Post. We are not responsible if your order is lost, stolen or damaged during the delivery process, you will need to contact Australia Post for further assistance.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGE
Namesake Collection do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our pieces, should you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final, please be mindful of this prior to purchasing. Orders for custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled after your order has been placed and received. In the extremely unlikely case of there being a major problem with your product, please contact us for further support. You will be required to prove your purchase via receipt or bank transaction documentation.
